Juniper Mental Health is a fully remote team of psychologists with primary specializations in the treatment of anxiety, obsessive-compulsive, and related disorders, complemented by additional areas of expertise. We also deliver professional consultation, presentations, and training services through our Training Center.
We are seeking a full-time licensed clinician to join our clinical team and provide outpatient evidence-based treatment via telehealth.
Location:
Fully remote within the United States (must adhere to the physical location licensure requirements when providing clinical services)
Responsibilities:
- Provide remote evidence-based treatment for individuals within your areas of expertise (minimum of 18 billable client hours/week)
- Manage administrative responsibilities related to your clients, including screening, scheduling, billing, record keeping, and communication (we are a private pay practice with light administrative tasks)
- Stay current on the latest research and treatment modalities related to your areas of expertise and apply that knowledge to your clinical practice
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment interventions
- Demonstrate a commitment to cultural humility in the provision of treatment and the workplace, fostering an inclusive and respectful environment that recognizes and honors diverse backgrounds and perspectives
- Adhere to ethical standards and follow company policies in your professional activities and interactions
- Optional: Provide professional consultation services through our training center in your areas of expertise (these hours count toward your minimum weekly billable hours)
Required Qualifications:
- Possess an independent and unrestricted license to provide psychotherapy within your respective profession
- Demonstrated experience delivering evidence-based psychotherapies for OCD, BFRBs, and anxiety (additional areas of expertise are welcomed) – This requirement is negotiable if you have a steady flow of referrals for other areas of expertise. We have established referral streams for OCD, BFRB, and anxiety clients
- Demonstrated experience delivering psychotherapy via telehealth (or willingness to become well-versed in treatment via telehealth)
- Successful completion of a background check
Preferred Qualifications:
- Authority to practice under PSYPACT or other interjurisdictional compacts (or able and willing to obtain this)
- Specialization in providing treatment across the lifespan
- Expertise in evidence-based treatment of trauma and/or ADHD
- Expertise in providing Radically Open DBT

Compensation:
- You receive a portion of the gross income the practice receives from your billable services based on your experience and expertise. We are a private pay practice
