Psychologist

Health West, Inc. is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) with clinics in Utah, Idaho, and Wyoming. We are currently hiring a Licensed Psychologist to provide behavioral healthcare in our North Logan, Utah primary care clinic. This provider would offer intakes and individual therapy to patients with a variety of diagnoses including mood disorders, trauma-related concerns, co-occurring subtance use disorders, OCD, and more. Depending on experience, the provider could also offer group, family, and couples therapy. Spanish-speaking providers are preferred.
