Pediatric Neuropsychologist

Seeking a licensed or resident-level (post-doctoral) pediatric or child clinical neuropsychologist to join our practice location in Taylorsville Utah, just outside of Salt Lake City. The best-fit candidate will have experience with or a strong interest in working with children with complex trauma in foster care or post-state adoption. The candidate for this position will be both professionally autonomous and eager to collaborate with other trauma service providers, educators/school teams, and providers of other related disciplines. 

 

Together we (Drs. Jennifer Gale and Sari Soutor) have over 50 years of experience in pediatric neuropsychology. We offer ongoing training that can include direct supervision, participation in monthly meetings of the Greater Salt Lake Neuropsychology Didactic Group, and at least monthly training that is specific to a child trauma population, fostering the candidate's drive to keep learning and fulfilling requirements for licensure in the State of UT if needed.

 

You must have a Psy.D. or Ph.D. with at least internship-level training in the administration of neuropsychological tests and measures, strong report writing skills, and experience working with children with complex trauma. Experience in Autism diagnostic assessment is preferred. Formal training and post-doctoral level supervision for licensed psychology residents are available.
