Licensed Psychologist or Psychology Resident

In-Person, Telehealth & Hybrid Options Available | Full-Time or Part-Time
Compensation: $45-$70 per session (based on licensure & experience)
Life Matters Counseling & Psychological Services is a growing, client-centered practice dedicated to providing compassionate and high-quality mental health care. We are seeking skilled and motivated psychology residents or licensed psychologists to join our team and support individuals, couples, and families through life's challenges.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a psychology resident or licensed psychologist to provide in-person and/or telehealth therapy sessions. This position offers flexibility, competitive compensation, professional development opportunities, and a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy for a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions
- Utilize evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, or mindfulness-based interventions
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in our electronic health record (EHR) system
- Adhere to HIPAA and ethical guidelines to ensure client confidentiality
- Participate in team collaboration, case consultations, and professional development activities
Qualifications:
- Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD)
- Active licensure as a psychologist in Utah or eligibility for licensure within a reasonable timeframe
- Psychology residents must be working toward licensure under supervision
- Experience working with individuals, couples, or families in a clinical setting
- Strong clinical judgment, interpersonal skills, and client-centered approach to therapy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a clinical team
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms (if applicable)
Compensation & Benefits:
- $45-$70 per session (based on licensure & experience)
- Supervision provided for psychology residents
- $600 CE stipend per year for continuing education
- Bonus pay for psychologists seeing 30+ sessions per week
