Seeking a Licensed Psychologist or Masters level Mental Health Therapist who is professional, detail oriented, comfortable working independently, and will contribute to a supportive work environment. This posting is for a part-time position. The interested candidate will be providing mental health therapy in an outpatient clinic setting with some opportunity for remote work via Telehealth. This position has a general outpatient population referral base with some flexibility to tailor the caseload to the specific strengths and interests of the clinician. Applicants who work with adults and children are encouraged to apply due to our clinics current waitlist having several children waiting to be seen. However, the applicant is not required to work with children if this is not their qualification baseline and training.
Hours are flexible. Scheduling will be managed by the therapist based on the therapist’s preferred schedule along with assistance from support staff. Number of direct clinical hours is negotiable. The therapist will have the opportunity to build a caseload to work as many hours as fits their life schedule with a required minimum of 15 client hours per week, 20 direct hours preferred. Daytime, evening, and weekend hours are available to best accommodate patient and therapist schedules.
Compensation is based on license, experience, and number of direct clinical hours contracted. Consultation and professional development opportunities are available.
