Position: Lead Licensed Psychologist – Autism Diagnostic & Assessment Specialist

Compensation: $120 per hour
About Us
Gracious Growth is a growing behavioral health and ABA therapy provider dedicated to supporting
children and families across Utah. We are expanding our diagnostic services and seeking a licensed
psychologist with specialized training in autism diagnostic assessments, including the ADOS-2, to join
our multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for children and adolescents suspected of autism
spectrum disorder (ASD) and related developmental conditions.
- Administer and interpret the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule, Second Edition (ADOS-2) and
other standardized diagnostic tools (e.g., cognitive, adaptive functioning).
- Develop clear diagnostic reports that meet DSM-5 criteria and payer documentation requirements.
- Collaborate with BCBAs, speech therapists, and other providers to inform treatment planning.
- Provide feedback and counseling to families regarding evaluation results and recommendations.
- Maintain compliance with Utah state licensure laws, Utah Medicaid/DMHF billing requirements, and
insurance documentation standards.
- Participate in peer consultation, continuing education, and quality assurance activities.
Qualifications
- Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Psychology from an accredited program.
- Current Utah psychologist license in good standing.
- ADOS-2 training and proficiency in administration and interpretation.
- Credentialed (or eligible for credentialing) with Utah Medicaid and major commercial insurers.
- Strong knowledge of DSM-5 criteria for autism spectrum disorder and related conditions.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with children ages 2–18.
- Background in neurodevelopmental assessments (e.g., Vineland, WISC, WPPSI, Bayley).
- Prior experience in a multidisciplinary clinic setting.
- Familiarity with ABA and behavioral health systems.
