Life Matters Counseling and Psychological Services is seeking a warm, clinically grounded couples therapist to join our growing group practice in Farmington, Utah.

Our mission is to provide compassionate, inclusive, and clinically grounded care that helps individuals, couples, and families move toward meaningful change. We believe relationships can heal when people feel safe, seen, and supported.

This position is a good fit for a therapist who enjoys working with couples around communication, conflict, emotional disconnection, trust repair, life transitions, premarital concerns, and rebuilding connection.

🌿 Position Details

This is a part-time clinical position with afternoon and evening availability preferred. The workday may start around 3:00 PM. Saturday availability is optional but available for clinicians who would like weekend hours.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is warm, reliable, collaborative, and confident working with couples. Training or experience in couples therapy is preferred. This position is best suited for a clinician who enjoys autonomy, takes initiative, and does not require a highly structured or micromanaged work environment. We are also looking for someone who is willing to engage in reasonable marketing and outreach efforts to help build their caseload and support the visibility of their clinical specialty.

Clinicians with experience in RLT, EFT, Gottman Method, discernment counseling, sex therapy, premarital counseling, or relational work are encouraged to apply.

Licensure

Applicants should be licensed or license-eligible in Utah as an LMFT, LCSW, CMHC, psychologist, or related mental health professional.
