We are currently expanding our team and seeking passionate, skilled Licensed Contract Psychologists to conduct clinical evaluations and/or provide ongoing therapy services.
Position Overview
As a Contract Psychologist with our practice, you will have the flexibility of managing your own caseload and schedule while utilizing our streamlined administrative processes. We handle the heavy lifting of backend operations—including an efficient intake process, dedicated administrative staff, and providing a beautiful office space—allowing you to maintain clinical autonomy without the burnout of running a solo practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations, assessments, and/or evidence-based therapy sessions.
- Complete timely clinical documentation (intake notes, treatment plans, progress notes, and evaluation reports) via our secure platforms.
- Manage client communication and case coordination effectively.
- Collaborate with our administrative team to ensure a seamless, high-quality client experience from intake to completion.
- Participate in our collaborative peer-review process for psychological evaluations, offering continued professional learning and growth.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
- Licensure: Active, unrestricted license to practice psychology in the state of Utah (or eligible for immediate licensure).
- Strong clinical skills in psychological assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for comprehensive report writing and client interaction.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with an administrative support team and other psychologists.
- Reliable internet connection and comfort utilizing digital practice management platforms.
